Service With Integrity

“We perform tree care to serve your customers – period.” That is what Andy Garcia, a contractor for many generations in Austin, Texas, taught his son Stephen Garcia. He would tag along with his Dad as Andy would go about the business of contracting in Austin, Texas. In those days absolutely nothing was more important to a businessman than the integrity of his company. From his Dad, Stephen learned that honesty and pride in his work are values a good business cannot do without. From the planning phase until our customer is satisfied with our work we will continue to serve you. This is how we serve our customers.

“A man is only as good as his word.” Andy taught Stephen that a person (and business) has to be trustworthy. If he agrees to perform a service for a customer then he has an obligation to complete the agreement to the absolute best of his ability. Again, serve our customers. That is how lifelong relationships with customers are created and those relationships are what keep a company vital and alive. Stephen already had those values firmly entrenched in his mind when he created Green Rhino Tree Care. And every day we will strive to insure that you can benefit from these time honored values and traditions. 

“Be available to your customer.” This belief is another value that Andy taught Stephen. We make customer availability our first priority. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from achieving that goal, we do our very best to let our customer know. We want to treat our customer the way we would want to be treated. And we will continue to strive to improve any communication we have with our customers.
